How I think about work
Team constellation over individual competence
Most innovation projects fail not due to lack of knowledge, but dysfunctional constellations. Heterogeneous, interdisciplinary teams with clear role distribution and compatible work styles outperform homogeneous expert groups.
Delivery system over method dogma
Agile, Scrum, Kanban – the method is secondary. What matters is a disciplined delivery system: PM/PO clarity, one backlog, weekly evidence, explicit quality gates. Rhythm beats framework.
Transfer over dependency
Good consulting makes itself obsolete. Transfer knowledge, make teams self-sustaining, hand over ownership. Templates, rituals, decision logs – structures that remain when I leave.
Trust Architectures
Where robustness matters, you need more than code: governance, traceability, audit capability. Blockchain patterns not as an end in themselves, but as infrastructure for trust in decentralized systems.
The common thread
Understanding processes, designing structures, building sustainable systems. Not the substance (tools, technologies, methods) is decisive, but how they interact and can evolve.
Intellectual background
This perspective has a name: Path Ethics – a process-ontological framework that evaluates systems via Autonomy, Connectivity, and Persistence. Philosophy as a thinking tool, not an abstraction.
